Amanda is the heart behind Save A. Date Events, bringing creativity, calm, and over 20 years of hospitality experience to every celebration. As a Certified Wedding Planner through the Certified Wedding Planner Society and a proud graduate of the Rosen College of Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida, Amanda combines expert-level knowledge with an intuitive sense for detail, design, and flawless execution.
She’s known for her personalized approach—turning each client’s vision into a joyful, stress-free experience they’ll never forget. Amanda’s commitment to excellence and her passion for connection shine through in everything she does, whether she’s crafting a timeline, styling a tablescape, or guiding couples through the planning journey with confidence and care.
And sits on the UCF Alumni Board, proudly giving back to the industry and community that shaped her path.
When she’s not planning unforgettable events, Amanda enjoys long walks in nature, yoga, and Pure Barre. She loves spending quality time with her husband, their 15-pound cat Pablo, and her father, who lives with them. She and her husband are passionate foodies who love to travel and explore new places through their local flavors, always on the hunt for their next favorite bite. A natural host and nurturer at heart, Amanda shows her love through cooking and gathering with friends—who she considers family—around the table.
